Drawing from your extensive complex mechanical engineering expertise, particularly in robotics & automation, you'll not only articulate the strategic design vision for your staff, but will also work with customers to set the look and feel for all future product platforms. You'll showcase your technical leadership skills as you lead a team of cross-site engineers to embrace this vision and drive it to completion.

As a key member of the development team, you'll provide technical leadership to a cross-functional team developing solutions for complex problems. You'll be responsible for 3-10 direct and in-direct reports which may include staff at our other development sites in Florida and Minnesota.

You'll be walking into the feasibility stage of this multi-phase project that has a development cycle of 4-5 years and we'll expect you to hit the ground running and create the momentum to help us meet our development targets.

At a high level, you will spend about 70% of your time designing solutions for complex technical problems and 30% providing leadership to the project team. Specifically your responsibilities are to:
