As our IT Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting internal IT audits to review and assess IT related controls and review compliance with policies and procedures. In addition to IT related projects, you'll also collaborate with operational auditors to ensure integrated audits as you bring a fresh perspective on technology, business process improvements and best practices to help optimize our IT environment.

You'll have a vested interest in our success and will be uniquely positioned to take advantage of the "upward draft" of opportunity. In fact, we intend for this to be a flow-through position and you will be ideally positioned to evolve your career along multiple paths after a short 2-4 year rotation within our Internal Audit Group.

Reporting directly to the Manager of IT Audit, you'll join us at the Fullerton office. As you come on board, you'll aim to quickly get "your arms around" our complex business and the different moving parts of our system and focus on consistently issuing high quality audit reports.

This role will evolve over time and while you'll initially spend 100% of your time on IT audits, we plan on implementing integrated audits by 2009 and at that point you'll spend about 70% of your time with IT audits; and the remaining 30% with operational or integrated audits.
